Dedicated Server Options
We offer several dedicated server options.
Minimum support: We load a server with FreeBSD or Linux, cPanel, and you run it. Requires that you understand how to run servers. If you need assistance, we can give it at our normal fees. Costs start at $150 per month and depends on the servers available at the time of order.
Standard support: We load a server with FreeBSD or Linux, cPanel, and you run it. We assist you for up to two hours per month. Additional assistance beyond two hours per month is at the reduced price of $100 per hour. Costs start at $312 per month and depends on the servers available at the time of order. Less than 95.5% of our clients need less than this level of support.
High support: We load a server with FreeBSD or Linux, cPanel, and you run it. We assist you for up to five hours per month. Additional assistance beyond five hours per month is at the reduced price of $100 per hour. Costs start at $600 per month and depends on the servers available at the time of order. Less than 99.6% of our clients need less than this level of support.
Every server includes:
| High speed connection through eight different redundant backbone providers and eight redundant connections; OC3 to Level3, DS3 to Intermedia, DS3 to SBC, OC3 to UUnet, and DS3 to TWTC; large excess bandwidth capacity; Border Gate Protocol (BGP4) for best case routing and load balancing; 80-minute battery backup with an on site generator power backup that can run indefinitely. | Daily and weekly automatic backups capacity, to various on or off site locations.
